I have to say I love this app. It really is a game changer for many reasons. For one, it’s free. That sends chills up and down the spines of all those Garmin, Navigon, TomTom companies out there Secondly, they’ve used Google Streetview to enhance your navigation experience with your next turn, being displayed as a photo. I’m a relatively bright guy, but one thing I noticed is that as you approach your next turn, you glance over to the Android Navigation and notice a big white truck getting off on your exit. I know it’s not really going to be there next to me in really life, but I’m still taken aback. N0t really of course but it’s a strange feeling to be looking at the same interesection with the live view different than the Google Map view. At night you expect the difference more, but during the day…Anyone notice that or is it just me?

So now even those not blessed with 2.0 can get in on the Nav goodness with the update for 1.6. Happy trails folks.
